This website is operated by JAVANRD, registered in the United Arab Emirates as JavaNrd, at 515, Oxford Gardens, Dubai, UAE. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Using this site
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it;
- use the contact form to send spam, bulk messages or unsolicited advertising;
- scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Enquiries are not contracts
Descriptions of our services on this site are for information only. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site creates a binding agreement. Submitting the contact form does not oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement setting out scope, timescales, fees and terms — and that agreement takes precedence over anything stated here.

All content on this site — including text, design, code, graphics, video, and the JAVANRD name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit any part of it without our written consent.
Work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with their permission or as publicly released material. Client names and marks belong to their owners.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content is provided on an “as is” basis, may become out of date, and may be changed or removed without notice. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
